Parking

Residents' vehicles must be parked in driveways or garages.
Commercial vehicles must not be parked on any part of the common element (including driveways), except vehicles visiting the condominium for delivery, pickup or service calls.

A limited number of designated parking spaces are for lease. From time to time one becomes available. Please contact the Property Manager to determine availability, or to add your name to the waiting list.

Visitor Parking

If a guest visiting your unit needs a parking spot, use only the visitor parking provided. No parking is allowed on the roadways.

Every visitor's vehicle parked in a visitors' parking space between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. must be registered. Register your guest’s vehicle for overnight parking with Murray & Murray Parking Control Services. You will need to provide the vehicle license plate number, make of vehicle, location of vehicle, duration of stay and phone number.
